Upgrade your 2025+ BMW G90 M5 with our 200-Cell Catted Downpipes with Integrated Heat Shield, designed to deliver the perfect balance between raw performance and street-driven functionality. Engineered specifically for the all-new S68 twin-turbo V8 platform, these downpipes reduce backpressure, enhance turbo efficiency, and maintain emissions compliance—all while providing an exhilarating sound and premium build quality.

⚙️ Key Features:

High-Flow 200-Cell Metallic Catalytic Converters:
Featuring performance-grade Euro 5/6 compliant 200-cell sport cats that optimize exhaust flow while reducing harmful emissions. Ideal for drivers who want more power without going fully catless.
Integrated Heat Shielding:
Dual-layer stainless steel thermal shielding is built-in to protect engine bay components from extreme exhaust temperatures, maintaining cooler under-hood temps and promoting long-term reliability.
Mandrel-Bent T304 Stainless Steel Construction:
Constructed from premium TIG-welded 3" stainless steel tubing with smooth transitions to maximize exhaust velocity and durability under high boost conditions.
OEM-Style Fitment:
Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory downpipes. Retains all OEM mounting points, heat shield brackets, and O2 sensor positions for plug-and-play installation.
Enhanced Exhaust Tone:
Delivers a deeper, throatier note with a more aggressive turbo spool and crackle during deceleration—without excessive drone or CEL triggers when paired with a tune.

📈 Performance Gains (with tune):

+30–50whp / +50–70wtq
Sharper throttle response
Improved mid-range torque
Lower exhaust gas temperatures for more consistent performance

📦 What’s Included:
